We work to keep room descriptions, amenities, distances, and other details accurate and up to date. They are provided in good faith as a description of our resort, not as a contractual guarantee; minor differences between photographs, descriptions, and the actual premises can occur.

Availability requests and bookings

Sending an availability request through this website does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed dates, rate, and room to you directly (by email, WhatsApp, or phone) and any agreed payment terms have been met. Rates, payment, and cancellation terms are stated in our confirmation message for each stay.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt it, submitting false enquiries, or scraping its content for commercial purposes without permission.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to Chakalaka Resort or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.
